Sevenoaksmops, is the blog Midweek outdoor Painters (MOPS) – who are also members of Sevenoaks Art Club.

We meet every fortnight – usually on Tuesdays – in a different location, subject to weather. We paint  en plein air (which is the French expression for ‘in the open air’) using whichever medium each person prefers. Those who attend MOPs sessions are also members of the main art club which also meets every fortnightly – on a Saturday morning – in Knole Academy.

This blog will give you information about the Mops meetings … about the location, the story and the artists members that participate. Of course we will show you some of the work we did on the day. Hope you are going to follow our story –  and remember most of our work is available for sale! The main art club has its own events and exhibitions each year and you are invited to visit us and meet the artists.
